Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the transition from IFRS to US GAAP, including policy development and implementation
- Analyze and adjust existing IFRS processes
- Deliver internal training and communication on US GAAP
- Continuously assess and improve group accounting policies for US GAAP compliance
- Monitor, interpret, and implement new accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842)
- Prepare and review SEC-compliant financial statements (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors on technical accounting matters
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; CPA license (active or inactive)
- 10 years of accounting experience, including Big 4 and industry background
- Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
- Experience in publicly listed companies and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented work style
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
