Work Structure
We would prefer this role to be based onsite at our Waukesha, WI or Houston, TX offices in a hybrid capacity. However, we are open to a remote structure with periodic travel to our US site(s).

Your Responsibilities
- Reporting to Global Finance Leader of Group Consolidation & Reporting.
- Lead and manage the transition from IFRS to US GAAP, including policy development and implementation.
- Analyze and adjust existing IFRS processes.
- Deliver internal training and communication on US GAAP.
- Continuously assess and improve group accounting policies for US GAAP compliance.
- Monitor, interpret, and implement new accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842).
- Prepare and review SEC-compliant financial statements (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
- Review and suggest accounting treatments for key projects, acquisitions & other organization-impactful projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors on technical accounting matters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; Advanced Degree & CPA License (active or inactive) preferred.
- Must have proper US work authorization.
- 10 years of related accounting experience ideally in a similar industry or 8 years of public accounting / consulting experience; Big 4 experience strongly desired.
- Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
- Experience in publicly listed companies and SOX compliance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented work style.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
