Revolution Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team in Waller, Texas. This role is key to our mission of delivering high-performance power systems for critical energy and industrial applications. You’ll be hands-on assembling advanced power generation equipment, ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

About The Role
Revolution Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team in Waller, Texas. This role is key to our mission of delivering high-performance power systems for critical energy and industrial applications. You’ll be hands-on assembling advanced power generation equipment, ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to follow basic assembly instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and document product defects or issues; support corrective actions as needed.
- Assist and support less experienced assemblers; promote a collaborative work environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to technical documents like blueprints and part lists.
- Basic familiarity with tools and mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding quality issues or process improvements.
- Uphold all safety and quality protocols consistently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- min. of 3 years of relevant mechanical assembly experience, ideally in power generation, oilfield equipment, or industrial machinery.
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components in mechanical systems preferred
- Ability to work independently, take accountability, and produce high-quality results.
- Comfortable with physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting, bending, and working with tools.
- Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer navigation and documentation skills preferred.
- Must be able to work in a diverse team environment.
- Openness to being mentored and working under more experienced team members.
- Eagerness to develop quality control and inspection skills over time.
- Interest in growing into a role that includes documentation, process feedback, and team contribution.
- Experience assembling power generation units, pump skids, or trailer-mounted equipment.
- Familiarity with mobile or skid-based natural gas systems.
- Forklift certification or mechanical trade certifications.
