Key Responsibilities
- Support commercial and sales operations activities, including quote management, order processing, and contract administration.
- Maintain pricing records and assist with pricing analysis and approvals.
- Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and business analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy within CRM and ERP systems.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor commercial KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory analysis.
- Support customer onboarding and contract renewal activities.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
