Position Summary:
The Spa Attendant plays an essential role in creating a serene and welcoming environment for all spa guests. This position supports the spa team by ensuring that treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, and amenities are pristine, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared. The ideal candidate takes pride in details, works with quiet efficiency, and understands the rhythm of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and order throughout all spa areas, including locker rooms, treatment rooms, and relaxation lounges.
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms with fresh linens, supplies, and amenities.
- Restock towels, robes, and retail items as needed.
- Support spa therapists and concierges to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold INNESS’s standards of service, presentation, and discretion at all times.
- Assist guests courteously, anticipating needs while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and property procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a spa, hotel, or housekeeping role.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-performing team.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with rotating shifts and days off.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and an appreciation for wellness and guest care.
