We are seeking a skilled, personable, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.
Position Overview
As a Bartender at Inness, you will help create a welcoming and memorable guest experience through exceptional service, thoughtful beverage preparation, and genuine hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cocktails, wine, food culture, and connecting with guests in an elevated yet relaxed environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and professional guest service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
- Engage with guests while creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere
- Demonstrate knowledge of seasonal cocktails, spirits, wine, and menu offerings
- Work collaboratively with restaurant leadership, servers, and kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory, restock bar supplies, and assist with opening/closing duties
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beverage service
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
