Job Title: Substitute Cleaner/ On-Call Cleaner
Location: Portland, TN
Schedule: Flexible, approximately 3 hours per day (as needed). Anytime after 5pm.
Pay: Daily rate $80 for approximately 3 hours of work

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented On-Call Cleaner to fill in as needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys cleaning, takes pride in their work, and values flexibility in their schedule.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Dust, wipe, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Refill restroom supplies
- Clean entryways, lobbies, and glass doors
- Follow company cleaning standards and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to follow directions and work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to serve
- Must be available for flexible, on-call hours
