Role Description
This is a contract on-site Therapist role located in Old Bridge, NJ. The therapist will be responsible for conducting individual, group, and family counseling sessions as part of IOP and PHP programs. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining client documentation in accordance with compliance standards. The therapist will play a direct role in fostering wellness, supporting clients through their mental health journey.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in individual, group, and family counseling
- Experience in mental health treatment
- Proficiency in treatment planning, intervention strategies, and client documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Current licensure in mental health counseling LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Cultural competence and a commitment to working with diverse populations
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
