What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at INNERPEACE THERAPY?
Managing associates, providing clinical care, ensuring quality care, communicating, advocating and promoting professional development. Provide weekly individual supervision via telehealth and/or in person, to associates gaining hours towards licensure. Provide group supervision as needed.
Clinical supervisors should be knowledeable about behavioral healthcare, including mental health and substance abuse disorders. They should also be familiar with legal, ethical, and professional rules of ocnduct.
Applicant must has a valid license, either LMFT, LCSW, LPCC for a minimum of 2 years.
