What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced LPN/RN Clinic Lead – Full-Time position at InnerHealth MD, PC, Ketchum, Idaho?
Experienced LPN/RN Clinic Lead – Full-Time
InnerHealthMD | Primary Care / Family Practice
Join a Small Practice Where You Can Make a Real Impact
InnerHealthMD is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to join Dr. Tom Archie and our close-knit clinical team.
This is not a high-volume, assembly-line clinic environment. Our practice is intentionally designed to allow more time with patients, thoughtful care, strong relationships, and a more personal approach to medicine.
We are looking for an experienced nurse who enjoys patient care but is also ready to take greater responsibility for the day-to-day clinical environment. The right person will serve as a trusted clinical leader, helping guide workflow, support coworkers, anticipate needs, solve problems, and ensure patients receive an organized, compassionate experience from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN or RN who wants to use both their clinical experience and leadership skills in a smaller practice where their judgment, ideas, and contributions are valued.
What Makes This Role Different
At InnerHealthMD, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work in a smaller practice with a manageable patient volume
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the team
- Work closely and collaboratively with the physician
- Take an active role in clinic workflow and daily operations
- Develop additional clinical skills through hands-on training
- Have a meaningful voice in how the clinical side of the practice operates
We are looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for a task list, but naturally notices what needs to be done and helps move the team forward.

Training & Professional Development
Education and training are priorities at InnerHealthMD.
We provide hands-on training for practice-specific procedures and workflows. We do not expect someone to arrive already knowing every aspect of our practice.
We are, however, looking for an experienced nurse who brings strong foundational clinical skills, good judgment, initiative, professionalism, and the confidence to step into a leadership role.
