Pay & Schedule
- $22- $23 per hour
- Paid weekly
- Daily Pay also available
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Must have open availability
- Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends

Responsibilities
You will help prevent and deter crime by:
- Performing regular and random patrols
- Reporting incidents, hazards, or unusual activity
- Conducting access control procedures
- Operating emergency equipment when necessary
- Documenting nightly activity and submitting reports
- Investigating property breaches
Requirements
- Current/Active Hawaii Security Guard Card (We can help you get your Guard Card!)
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and active cellphone
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine foot patrols
Prior law enforcement, military, or 1 year of security experience is preferred but not required. Training and uniforms will be provided to the right candidate.
Physical & Mental Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and quickly during emergencies
- Ability to read and interpret written information
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle if required
- Ability to detect emergency sounds such as alarms or distress signals
- Ability to walk, run, stand, climb, and sit as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if required
- Must meet all Hawaii state licensing requirements (Armed or Unarmed, as applicable)
