Assistant Branch Manager

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to help lead and support operations in the Denver, CO area.

This position is assists overseeing daily branch operations, supporting security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving branch performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively balance field operations, employee management, and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• Active Armed Security License
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 25 years old
• Ability to travel regularly to client sites
• Flexible availability, including on-call responsibilities
• Willing to submit to any required background and/or drug screens

• Assist with management of daily branch and field operations
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Supervise and support security personnel
