Inner Parish Security Corporation is growing and looking to add to our financial accounting team. We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our multi-generational, family-owned business that has provided security related services  since 1977.  We currently employ people all over the country as we continue to expand.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable professional who will use their experience to help us ensure that our sales revenue is converted to actual cash flow in an expeditious manner. 

This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $18/hr. IPSC pays weekly on Thursdays. 

The Duties and Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 

· Daily posting of payments by recording cash, credit card and ACH payments 

· Uploading weekly invoices to customers’ proprietary web payment portals 

· Maintain and monitor customer contract and addendum terms 

· Monitor customers’ A/R Balances and contact them when collection issues arise 

· Maintain a professional working relationship with our customers’ Accounts Payable personnel 

The successful candidate will possess: 

· A solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures acquired through experience or classwork 

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.), Microsoft Word and Outlook along with ability to learn new software applications 

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills 

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

· Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
