Inner Health Chiropractic is looking for a flexible and dependable team member to assist with Personal Injury and Ohio BWC claims processing, while also providing vacation and sick coverage at our offices when needed.
✨ This part-time position may offer consistent hours of approximately 20 hours per week. However, when office coverage is needed, hours could increase significantly depending on staffing needs. LAST-MINUTE availability is required for coverage shifts.
✨ Duties May Include:
• Assisting with Personal Injury and Ohio BWC claims/processes
• Administrative support and paperwork assistance
• Front desk coverage at various office locations
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
•Insurance verifications
• Collecting payments and basic office tasks
✨ Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule with last-minute availability
• Dependable, organized, and professional attitude
• Ability to adapt to changing office needs
• Chiropractic, medical office, insurance, PI, or BWC experience preferred — but willing to train the right person
This position will require travel between multiple Columbus office locations as coverage as needed.
