We’re now scaling and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations
& Growth Associate to help us grow.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with leadership across
operations, customer experience, and growth.
What You’ll Do
Manage and process daily Shopify orders
Handle subscriptions and recurring shipments
Track orders and quickly resolve issues
Monitor inventory and coordinate fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries and product questions
Support physician offices with wholesale orders
Help onboard new physician partners
Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations and coordination
Prepare for meetings and support key projects
Contribute to new product launches
