Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Associate or Licensed Therapist, based in Atascadero, CA, with some work-from-home opportunities. The therapist will provide individual and family therapy sessions, conduct client assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain thorough and accurate progress documentation. The role also includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address client needs and ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and treatment standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing individual, group, and family therapy
• Strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
• Proficiency in written communication for maintaining accurate documentation and reports
• Bilingual skills highly desired
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques, evidence-based practices, and ethical standards in mental health care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients and collaborate with team members
• Current licensure as a therapist in California (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) or as an Associate registered with the Board
• Experience with virtual service delivery is an advantage
• Completion of basic training in EMDR is an an advantage
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required
