At Inner Clarity, we’re expanding our services—and we’re excited to launch psychological testing and assessment as a new offering, focused on cognitive, academic, social-emotional, Autism, and ADHD testing. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and passionate psychologist to not only provide high-quality evaluations, but also help build and shape our growing assessment program. We invite passionate, fully licensed psychologists to join us in making a meaningful impact as part of a positive, team-based environment—without the stress of handling billing, credentialing, or other administrative work.

This role in Testing is ideal for someone excited about building and growing to something new—while enjoying the flexibility, autonomy, and backing of an established group practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 4–8 comprehensive psychological evaluations per month
- Administer assessments and write high-quality evaluation reports
- Complete documentation and notes in a timely and organized manner
- (Optional) Carry a small therapy caseload
- (Optional) Provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians or interns
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD in Psychology)
- Licensed Psychologist in New Jersey
- Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and able to navigate EHR/telehealth platforms
- ADOS-2 and/or MIGDAS-2 training preferred (or willingness to be trained)
