- OVERVIEW:**\

Key Responsibilities
- Answers the central telephone system and directs calls accordingly.
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail
professional image.
- Receives the public and answers questions, in person and by

- Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes parceled mail as
