Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving clinical needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, case managers, and community partners to coordinate care
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and agency policies
Requirements:
- Active Ohio LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) licensure required
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience providing direct clinical services in a community mental health or behavioral health setting
- Proficiency in conducting psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
