What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW/LCPC position at Inner Balance Wellness?
Inner Balance Wellness Center is a multi-specialty practice located in Bloomingdale, IL. We are a growing practice providing treatment to all age groups; early childhood through adulthood. We are looking for a licensed therapist to join our team that can maintain a caseload of 30 clinical hours. Being credentialed with the major insurance providers is a plus, but not required. We are looking to hire someone with some background in child adolescent, and marriage/family therapy.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or clinical psychology
- Illinois license in good standing (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detailed organization skills and time management
Desired Qualifications:
- Expertise in working with children, adolescents, and family.
- Group experience a plus
- Paneled with insurance companies is a plus
- 2 years experience as a clinical therapist
