About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven Construction Technology Analyst Intern to join our team at Inncircles – a fast-growing construction tech company building innovative solutions for the construction industry, from project management to artificial intelligence. This in-person role is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and starts in January 2026. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between our clients and our development team. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to turn real-world construction workflows into streamlined, AI-enhanced digital processes, helping translate on-site needs into effective tech solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Gather Requirements: Meet with clients to gather and understand their construction project requirements and workflows.
- Define Solutions: Analyze client needs and translate those workflows into clear digital processes and detailed product requirements.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our product managers and developers to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, bridging client needs with technical implementation.
- Implement & Onboard: Assist with solution implementation and client onboarding alongside our Client Success team, making sure new tools fit seamlessly into the clients’ operations.
- Support & Refine: Provide ongoing support and help refine our solutions based on user feedback, continuously improving the product to better serve the industry.
Who We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Construction Know-How: Solid understanding of construction project workflows and processes through coursework or hands-on experience.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern construction tech tools and emerging AI technologies – prior experience with AI is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to work in a fast-paced tech environment, with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and tackling challenges.
