We’re looking for a driven, client-facing professional with experience in sales, business development, and construction or architectural projects to help grow our design-build firm.
This role focuses on guiding clients from first conversation to signed contract, handling early-stage project development, and creating clear, accurate project estimates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Meeting with prospective clients and conducting site visits
• Guiding clients through scope development and feasibility conversations
• Preparing project estimates and proposals
• Managing the sales process from lead to signed agreement
• Serving as the primary point of contact until the project enters construction
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Background in construction, architecture, or design-build strongly preferred
• Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and communicate clearly with both technical teams and clients
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field
