Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA, for a Preconstruction Manager. The Preconstruction Manager will handle responsibilities including construction estimating, cost management, design coordination, and the preparation of detailed project proposals. The role also involves developing and maintaining project budgets, collaborating with architects and consultants, and ensuring alignment between design intent and financial objectives throughout the preconstruction process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Construction Estimating and Cost Management
- Proficiency in Design Management and collaboration with architects and consultants
- Strong skills in Proposal Writing, Budgeting, and financial planning
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in construction and project management software is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration
- Experience in design-build projects or custom home construction is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
