In this role, you will be responsible for managing parking operations efficiently, ensuring smooth vehicle flow, and providing exceptional service to all guests. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help maintain a safe, organized, clean and welcoming environment at our facility.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with parking vehicles in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide clear communication to guests regarding parking procedures and facility guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized parking area, conducting routine inspections for safety hazards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Assist in guiding restaurant guests where to park for Joes Tequila Bar
- Clean restrooms, lobby and hallways. Includes vacuuming, dusting, mopping etc.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in valet parking or dealership environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities are a plus, to effectively assist diverse customers
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts and in all weather conditions
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
