Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, and welding
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using schematics and logic controllers
- Perform general facilities maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Supervise and coordinate contractor activities when needed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments
Skills
- Proficiency in electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Experience with residential painting and welding
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
- Supervisory experience is a plus
