Summary of Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing department with job and project
- Schedule and expedite jobs, meet deadlines, and move approved projects to
- Produce projects while monitoring production
- Create and follow through on purchase and receiving
- Maintain a monthly spreadsheet of all project requests and purchase
- Help with special events, promotions, or concerts as
- Distribute marketing communications (posters, mailers, newsletters, ) accurately and timely.
Additional Tasks
- Graphic design and
- Proofreading all marketing materials and
- Website content management and
- Creation of presentations for various
- Management of Mescalero Apache Tribe's webpage
- Creative social media content for IMG Enterprises and the Mescalero Apache Tribe Cultural
- Manage Chamber of Commerce memberships and shared

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain workflow of creation and completion of marketing
- Ensure work conforms to branding
- Work closely with the Production Supervisor for consistency, quality, and
- Maintain calendar of events and inventory of
- Complete production tasks by coordinating with the Production Supervisor and Marketing
- Distribute marketing materials to all Tribal
- Operate and maintain
- Control and minimize expenses to meet production budget
- Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Macintosh and PC computers, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent project management and communication
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience in Casino Marketing, Gaming, or Casino Services
- Preferably fluent in both Spanish and
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming
- Mescalero Apache Tribal
- Bicultural experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Photoshop, property telephone systems, Ticketmaster, and Oasis preferred.
- Must have or be able to obtain a NM Driver's
