Job Summary:

Responsible for the repair, maintenance and construction needs of the resort. To include but not limited to Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and cooling, cleaning, painting, dry wall installation and repair, carpentry, flooring repairs include carpet, all types of floor tile and wood. Roof repairs that include metal sheeting, all types of roofing tile, shingles and silicone applied adhesives. Assist with any and all maintenance work orders and duties as requested.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Assist all Maintenance TM’s with Maintenance repairs and construction projects. Keep all maintenance and construction areas clean at all times. Use PPE at all times when needed. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Report any and all safety and maintenance issues.

Job Requirements

• One year maintenance repair experience.
• Ability to work and interact with all IMG TM’s
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to work in different environmental conditions. (hot, cold, dust, wet and loud noise levels)
• Work in confined spaces.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Use step ladder. (climb up to 15 feet)
  
  

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year maintenance experience or training.
• Valid NM Driver’s License
