You make a great first impression and know how to make guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. As our Host/Hostess, you’ll be the friendly face that sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience. Your role will be to manage the seating chart, respond to guest requests with a smile, and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you excel at creating a warm atmosphere and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team!
Pay: $18 per hour
Your Role:
As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be at the forefront of creating a positive guest experience. Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Greet guests warmly and manage the seating chart to ensure smooth dining flow.
- Monitor bar activity and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with a friendly and efficient approach.
- Keep host desk and restaurant areas clean.
- Assist with table and room setups according to diagrams when necessary.
- Utilize opening and closing checklists effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior F&B experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications
- Able to operate the POS computer system.
