Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
- Prospect, solicit, negotiate, and close group, corporate, and transient business
- Generate new business through outside sales, networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Manage group sales and catering business, including client coordination and event oversight
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, advertising, and public relations initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Partner with revenue management to optimize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and local partners
- Respond to RFPs and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts
- Lead, hire, train, and manage the sales and marketing team

- 5 years of hotel sales and marketing experience (preferred)
- Proven track record in hospitality sales, revenue growth, and business development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and performance management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
