Job Description: Am kitchen Roundsman
The "Inn at Middletown" is looking for passionate and motivated primarily AM cook. We are looking for individuals who are motivated self-starters and can manage their time efficiently. this individual must have a full background in all facets of the am kitchen, with the ability to run a one-man line 75% of the time. and have the capability of delivering appealing offerings in a timely manner. This individual must have the ability to adhere to all corporate guidelines with respect to associate interactions with staff and Management.
The individual will report directly to the executive chef and sous chef.
The duties will include Daily preparation and set up of the culinary workstation Preparation and plating of all menu items with a high emphasis on presentation and quality. Running the line service with a sense of urgency and communicating with team members both front and back of the house as to their overall needs to assure consistent high levels guest satisfaction. Assisting in the preparation and service of banquet events when needed. Follow all kitchen sanitation programs to the highest level. Follow all culinary standards in regards the proper storing, labeling and dating of all food products.
