Responsibilities

- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the dishwashing station promptly.
- Follow all food safety management and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations and ensure a clean working environment.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools safely and efficiently.
- Handle manual lifting of heavy items like large pots or crates of supplies with proper technique to prevent injury.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, storage areas, and dining spaces in accordance with kitchen health and safety standards.
Requirements
