Overview of INMotion

● INMotion opened a location in Gainesville, GA in March. Dawsonville will be the 2nd location in ga opening late August.
● Motion Therapy creates a unique opportunity to address common shortfalls in the Fitness routine of clients from a variety of backgrounds; from seniors, weekend warriors, professional athletes, and people re-entering fitness programs.

With today’s modern sedentary lifestyle, sport’s injuries, aging, or just everyday stiffness and limited range of motion, it can be challenging to obtain. It can be tough to include fitness classes, trips to the gym, selfcare, and stretching into an already full schedule.

● INMotion provides the perfect environment for fast and effective ways to add the key fundamental component to Dynamic Health and Vibrant Living. That key component is Assisted Stretching. When employees are first presented with the concept of stretching being the most important aspect of Dynamic Health, many are skeptical. People will have the understanding that obesity is the number one factor. Why is the person obese? They are sedentary. Why are they sedentary? Activity causes them discomfort. Why does activity cause them discomfort? A lack of range of motion makes it uncomfortable to move.

● Start with any premise that a person believes is causing a lack of Dynamic Health and Vibrant Living. The eventual answer will always be the same. A lack of Dynamic range of motion.

● The target market for IN Motion Wellness studios includes seniors, athletes, business professionals, youth sports, retirees, and anyone who wants to improve their movement through motion therapy.

Objective of Position:

To establish, coordinate, and administer all phases of operations within the INMotion wellness studio. The General Manager will report directly to the ownership of the studio(s). The General Manager will be responsible for coordination and administration of financial planning, budget development, profit and loss statements, and hiring of all personnel. The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all sales, scheduling, training, studio maintenance, and member satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

The General Manager will administer and oversee the financial plan, session use, staff development, and member satisfaction within the studio will include but not be limited to the following:

● Lead by example
● Practice “Extreme Ownership”- When something goes wrong (and it will) you must be the first to seek responsibility instead of avoiding it. As the leader, you must always look inward to find what YOU could have done better / differently to correct the course.

● Ensure day to day operations are being conducted in accordance with the INMotion
SOPs.

● Have working knowledge of studio operating budget. (Understand why / why not a studio can make additions such as labor, increases in marketing, swag promotional items, etc.)

● Hold monthly staff meetings and use these to better improve your team’s performance, understanding of SOP’s and ways they can increase customer experience.

● Develop Staffing plans. As the leader you are solely responsible for your team and their whereabouts. Schedules /shift changes, time off, etc. will be your responsibility. Any changes should be communicated to leadership.

● Create relationships with like business’ in your community to establish contacts for promotions, sponsorships and local events.

● Adhere and execute INMotion Standard Operating Procedures
● Handle any customer contract/billing issues and report them directly to leadership.
● Perform and or review payroll with leadership before it is submitted.
● Direct operations of the studio including short and long-term planning for a cost-effective, efficient studio while meeting or exceeding all member service goals

● Recruit, develop, and arrange appropriate training for all support staff
● All additional duties foreseen or unforeseen by ownership as the studio progresses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dawsonville, GA 30534: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
