Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with neurological conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and condition management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Stay current with advancements in neurological rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
