THE GOOD STUFF

Let's get this out of the way first:

• $60,000–$120,000 annual earning potential, based on skill, experience, and production
• Individual production bonuses — produce at a high level and earn more
• Monday–Friday
• Shop hours are 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Technicians are done at 5:00 p.m.
• No weekends
• No nights
• 12 days paid PTO after one calendar year of employment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of makes and models
• Performing maintenance and repairs
• Completing thorough digital vehicle inspections
• Communicating throughout the day with our advisors, dispatcher, and shop foreman
• Working with the team to keep vehicles moving efficiently
• Keeping your workspace clean and professional
• Participating in training and continuing to improve your craft
• Helping us deliver an experience that keeps customers coming back

YOU'LL HAVE SUPPORT

One of the biggest things we've worked on at inMOTION is building a team around our technicians so they can focus on what they do best.

We have dedicated service advisors, a dedicated dispatcher, a parts manager, QC support, and a shop foreman.

Our dispatcher manages the workflow and keeps technicians moving from job to job.

Our parts manager handles ordering, receiving, returns, warranties, inventory, and parts communication.

Our service advisors take care of the customers and the sales process.

Our QC team helps make sure vehicles are ready before they leave.

Our shop foreman helps with difficult diagnostics, technical questions, training, mentoring, and developing our technicians.

That allows our technicians to spend more of their time doing what they came here to do:

Inspect. Diagnose. Repair. Learn. Produce great work.
