Role Summary
Lead the strategy, creative development, and execution of InMobi Advertising’s organic social media presence and premium content ecosystem. This role is responsible for building a strong and differentiated organic storytelling engine—primarily on LinkedIn—that elevates brand visibility, drives upper funnel engagement, and reinforces InMobi’s leadership in the global advertising ecosystem.
You will conceptualize and produce high-quality social content, build video first franchises, and develop editorial packages that showcase thought leadership, product innovation, client wins, and culturally relevant narratives. This work will support both brand and demand efforts across owned, paid and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Social Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead the organic social strategy for InMobi Advertising with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
- Develop a consistent social publishing cadence and content themes that strengthen brand authority and engagement.
- Build a content roadmap aligned to global marketing, product, sales, and executive visibility priorities.
Content Creation & Editorial Development
- Conceptualize and produce a robust pipeline of high impact social and editorial content including:
- Video-first franchises
- Event coverage (on the ground storytelling & recap content)
- Thought leadership content & POVs
- Client success stories and case studies
- Product updates and innovation highlights
- Culturally intersectional creative assets
- Bespoke B2B editorial packages (reports, insights, leadership pieces)
- Ensure all content reflects InMobi’s brand voice, visual identity, and market positioning.
Creative Direction & Production
- Oversee end-to-end creative development including scripting, filming, design, editing, and postproduction.
- Partner with designers, video teams, and agencies to produce premium social content and storytelling assets.
- Maintain high standards of creative quality, relevance, and storytelling clarity.
Cross-Channel & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Comms, PR, Events, Product Marketing, and Sales to source stories and create integrated content packages.
- Ensure all press moments, product launches, and executive visibility programs are amplified through organic social channels.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to maintain a cohesive global narrative.
Brand Engagement & Category Leadership
- Build upper funnel brand engagement and strengthen InMobi Advertising’s leadership position in the advertising and programmatic ecosystem.
- Identify trending topics, cultural moments, industry conversations, and platform opportunities to insert the brand strategically.
- Experiment with new formats and storytelling techniques to drive reach and engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in organic social, content creation, brand storytelling, or digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn content strategy and B2B social storytelling.
- Experience producing video first content and creative franchises.
- Proven ability to build content programs that drive brand engagement and thought leadership.
- Strong writing, scripting, and visual storytelling abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AdTech, digital advertising, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Ability to identify cultural and industry trends and translate them into compelling content.
- Strong creative judgment with a portfolio demonstrating multiformat content.
- Proficiency with content planning, analytics, and social publishing tools.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working across marketing, comms, and product teams.
Salary : $210,000 - $240,000
