About The Role
Inman Solar is seeking three (3) Solar Module Installation Quality Interns to support our commercial-scale solar construction projects across Georgia.
This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the solar industry while contributing to quality assurance and project execution.
What You’ll Do
- Support onsite quality inspections of solar module installations
- Review installation practices to ensure alignment with company standards
- Partner with Construction Managers and Site Foremen to identify and report any module damage during installation
- Document module serial numbers and quantities for warranty tracking and project records
- Track installation rates and help ensure adequate inventory is available to maintain production
- Assist with general field reporting and documentation
- Interest in the solar or construction industry
- Comfortable working in a field environment (outdoors, active job sites)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with site teams
- Willingness to travel up to 90% during the work week
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Per diem provided for travel
