Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to join us at our Bardstown, KY location to assist us with new construction projects while leading crews and ensuring high-quality, on-time installations. This role will focus primarily on commercial installation and sheet metal fabrication.
Location: Bardstown, KY
Schedule: 4/10s (Monday-Thursday, from 7AM-5PM). Traditional 5-day M-F schedule is optional. Overtime as needed.
Pay: $30-$40/hour, depending on experience

Daily Responsibilities:
- Install commercial heating/air conditioning systems
- Install ductwork
- Install gas and refrigerant piping
- Complete installations for new construction projects
- Lead and support install crews to meet project deadlines
- Perform on-site fabrication, brazing, and soldering
- Read and follow blueprints and wiring diagrams
Required Skills and Licenses:
- 4 years commercial HVAC installation Experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experience with Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Experience with Commercial New Construction
- Ability to accurately interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Proficiency in gas and refrigerant piping installation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC trade school certification
- Strong knowledge of safety practices and HVAC codes
- Experience with Low-Voltage HVAC Systems
