Key Responsibilities
- In-Person Teaching: Deliver engaging, private, face-to-face German lessons, fostering a vibrant and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Curriculum Implementation: Apply customized curricula tailored specifically to adult learners, ensuring alignment with international standards.
- Tech-Driven Learning: Utilize classroom learning technologies and digital tools to enhance instructional delivery and boost student engagement.
- Student Support: Guide students through their language journey, addressing individual learning needs and helping them hit their fluency goals.
- Progress Tracking: Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and constructive feedback. Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in German with a deep understanding of its cultural nuances. Solid conversational English skills are required.
- Teaching Experience: Proven experience in adult education, with a talent for adapting your teaching style to diverse learning behaviors and backgrounds in a physical classroom.
- Method & Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern learning technology tools that support classroom education. We provide training on the inlingua method and materials.
