- Process vendor invoices and debit memos by accurately collecting, coding, and analyzing data for payment approval.
- Maintain and update vendor records, including banking details, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform account reconciliations, postings, and balancing to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage cross functional collaboration relating to Accounts Payable. Resolve issues that affect multiple departments
- Identify and document root causes of payment delays & payment errors, implement corrective actions, monitor and report results
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors
- Assists with internal & external audits as the primary AP point of contact
- Assist with the filling of State Sales Taxes
- Manage ACH/check runs on a weekly basis
- Assist with corporate credit card reconstructions and bank reconciliations
- Month- end close
- Open to other project work as needed
