The Opportunity

You will step into a pivotal leadership role within our Field Operations division, driving the execution of diverse electrical projects from the ground up. This position offers a unique hybrid work structure, allowing you to balance high-stakes on-site management with strategic project planning. You will lead with the backing of a company committed to zero layoffs and a stable, high-volume workflow.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Direct daily field operations for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
• Supervise and mentor field crews to ensure all work meets rigorous quality and code standards.
• Manage project logistics and material handling to maintain strict production schedules.
• Coordinate between office and field teams to streamline project communication and reporting.
• Implement proactive safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident environment on every job site.
• Evaluate project progress and labor efficiency to maximize overall team performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Significant field experience in electrical systems with a proven track record of technical excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing crews and complex project tasks.
• Exceptional attendance record and a reputation for reliability in high-pressure environments.
• Strong organizational skills required to manage the documentation and logistics of multiple sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of professional experience in a leadership or Foreman-level capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Experience managing hybrid workflows and digital reporting tools for field operations.
