Essential Functions
? Safely operate a company vehicle to transport materials between branches and designated locations
? Load, secure, and unload transfer shipments according to scheduled delivery times and company procedures
? Verify shipment accuracy prior to departure and upon delivery
? Track inventory and maintain accurate delivery and transfer documentation
? Stage and process tagged materials for designated branch locations
? Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues to management
? Conduct cycle counts in assigned areas to support inventory accuracy
? Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and assigned work areas
? Assist with warehouse operations, including material handling, stocking, and staging as needed
? Follow all company policies, safety standards, and traffic laws while operating company vehicles
? Work collaboratively with warehouse, operations, and branch teams to support daily business needs
? Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership or senior management
Required Skills & Competencies
? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
? High level of accountability and dependability in meeting delivery schedules
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Strong time-management and organizational skills
? Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Education & Experience
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
? Forklift certification preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
? Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
? Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more
? Ability to climb, crouch, reach, and grasp materials as needed
? Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
