The help desk offers phone and email support for inLighten’s custom digital media hardware and software solutions. Candidates should have good communication skills, possess strong troubleshooting abilities and a high attention to detail. Looking to add level 1 through level 3 representatives, pay scale based on experience and capabilities. Full-time, 8-5, Monday-Friday position with benefits package included.
