What are the responsibilities and job description for the CASEWORKER ASSOCIATE position at Inlet Health, Inc?
POSITION SUMMARY: Monitors building, grounds and property when on duty.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma and 2 years’ experience. 21 years of age or older and possesses valid KY driver license.
SKILL SETS: Communication skills, dependable, consumer service (manages difficult client situations and responds promptly), team player, time management, well organized, work under stress, process verbal and written instructions, ability to problem solve.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIORMENTAL DEMANDS: Talking and hearing required to communicate with clients, family members and other staff. Visual acuity needed to provide behavioral observations of clients. Work is light with some walking, standing and sitting. Manual dexterity for written communication and using office equipment. Possible exposure to infectious and/or communicable diseases.
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
- Monitors building and grounds while on duty.
- Ensures resident rights/rules are adhered to
- Provides reports on day-to-day operations as needed.
- Coordinates resident’s activities as directed.
- Provides support to residents of transitional (Residential) living facility as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Adheres to Communicare, Inc. policies and procedures.
2. Attends mandatory in-services and other training/educational programs as required.
