Duties
- Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software with speed and accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing source documents and cross-referencing information
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records, including document scanning and archiving
- Perform data collection tasks from various sources, ensuring completeness and correctness
- Use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports for analysis
- Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of customer or internal requests
- Support clerical functions such as filing, data transcription, and administrative record keeping to streamline office workflows
Skills
- Proficiency in working with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed; familiarity with data entry best practices
- Experience with transcription, filing, and organizing large volumes of information efficiently
