This role is built for someone who enjoys understanding customer operations, identifying opportunities for growth, and working through a structured sales process to develop long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve customer service
• Manage sales opportunities and follow up consistently
• Develop and carry out a local market growth plan
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer support
• Address customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Use customer information and account activity to guide sales efforts

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable using leading indicators, customer insights, and account activity to guide decision-making and sales execution
• Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a commitment to customer satisfaction
