This is a full-time on-site role located in Largo, FL, for a Leasing Specialist. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for showcasing and leasing apartments to prospective residents, managing lease agreements, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and addressing resident needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Additionally, this role involves maintaining accurate records in line with lease administration and providing excellent customer service through effective communication with residents and prospects.

• Skills in Resident Retention and ensuring a positive living experience for tenants
• Strong Customer Service abilities, with a commitment to exceeding resident expectations
• Knowledge and experience in Leasing practices, including showcasing apartments and closing lease agreements
• Proficiency in Lease Administration, such as maintaining accurate documentation and handling lease renewals
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with residents and team members
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in property management or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in property management software is advantageous
