Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and create individualized plans of care
- Provide hands-on treatment and guided exercise progression
- Educate patients to support long-term outcomes
- Communicate effectively with a small, collaborative team

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
