Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Clerk to assist with a tax review project. This role will offer approximately 80 hours/two weeks to complete the project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality while supporting our administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into databases
• Maintain accurate records of data collection
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Google Sheets, for data entry, analysis, and creating reports
• Handle confidential information carefully and ensure data security protocols are followed
• Perform basic math calculations and 10-key typing to verify data accuracy and completeness

Requirements

• Proven experience with data entry in Excel and Google Sheets; office or clerical experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
• Basic math skills for data verification purposes
• Prior experience in administrative support or office environments is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoys repetative tasks

Pay: $19.00 per hour
