Job Title: Screen Printer/Powder Coater
Department: Powder Coating
Reports To: Powder Coating Lead
ROLE:
This position’s primary function will be screen printing (silk-screening) and powder coating but there may be other tasks associated with the coating process that will be required based on the needs of the department management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with your teammates in our Powder Coating department to meet customers’ needs.
- Following best practices and specified procedures with respect to screen printing and powder coating.
- Proper interaction with our ERP system (JobBoss) and our Quality Database (uniPoint).
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Produce good parts on-time. You are responsible for the quality of every part you produce.
- As with all who work at Inland, help your fellow departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience in screen printing is required, and powder coating is preferred.
- Ability to function productively in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
- Physical strength to repeatably lift and carry 25 lbs
