We are a fast-growing company seeking for a responsible and hard working Dispatcher to join our team. We need people who are reliable, motivated, proactive and ready to work every day. You will receive request, transmit messages, and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and be able to remain calm and composed. You must be able to multitask as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

Minimum Qualifications And Requirements
- Proactive behavior

- Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods

- Willing to take background check (7yrs revision)
- Must pass a drug test
- United States work authorization (Required)
Responsibilities and Skills
- Arrive at work on time and comply with the agreed work schedule.
- Coordinate monitoring of drivers location and arrival to deliveries and pick ups.
- Coach drivers as needed to improve performance
- Comply efficiently with committed routes with our customers avoiding OT and other unnecessary costs
- Work closely with the Management to team to carry out the company's objective.
